Our Team

Roughan House has a dedicated team of twenty Care staff, two Cleaners and two highly qualified and professional cooks. Staff are highly trained either in-house or off-site, whichever is required, to enhance the quality of service provided.

Roughan House is owned by Mr & Mrs. Yvonne & Patrick McAvoy, Mrs. Dolores Carron is the manager of Roughan House and has been with the home for a number of years.

The Manager and her highly qualified and dedicated staff will give you a warm welcome to your ’new home’in a friendly, happy and informal atmosphere.
